Acai Berry Flax Bowl

Love me a good smoothie bowl. This one also includes more berries than normal, which is never a bad thing. And it also includes flax seeds (fiber healthy fats fiber fiber!). And just for kicks, I topped it off with a Lara Bar because I love those little things. 



- 1 acai packet

- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries

- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk or choice)

- 1-2 tbsp ground flax seeds


Topped with shredded coconut, sliced banana, local honey, and chopped Peanut Chocolate Chip Lara Bar.
