Ashwadandha Energy Bites

Servings: 24 energy bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded coconut, no sugar added
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cup almonds
  • 20 grams cocoa powder
  • 35 grams ashwagandha powder
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 tsp ghee, more for a less dry energy bite
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Roll into 24 bites (very specific, medicinal dose)
  3. Enjoy 2 energy bites/day for benefits (3 grams/day of ashwagandha)
