  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
