Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 1-2 Tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 - 1 cup milk (amount depends on desired texture - any milk will do)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder or collagen peptides (buy your collagen peptides here)
  • Optional: 1 tsp spirulina
