Chia Seed Pudding Oats

Kickin' these oats up a notch with a layer of chia seed pudding on the bottom! Ya know, it just felt right.



1/2 cup old fashioned oats

2 Tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)

1 Tbsp almond butter

1 tsp maple syrup or honey

Coconut flakes and walnuts to top



1) Place the coconut milk and chia seeds in a bowl or cup and mix. Let stand for 10 minutes or until thickened

2) Make the oats according to the directions

3) Once oats are cooked, mix in almond butter and maple syrup/honey

4) Place the oats on top of the chia seed pudding and top with coconut flakes and nuts
