Homemade Flax Granola

  • Prep time: 15 minutes minutes
  • Cook time: 25-30 minutes
  • Total time: 40-45 minutes

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of old-fashioned oats (I used quick oats because I had some left over)
  • 1/3 cup of ground flax seed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or other nuts
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients
  3. Spread out evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 min (thinly layered sections will brown much more quickly
