Raw Raspberry Chocolate Fudge

Happy Birthday to my (mostly) plant-based sister! Instead of a traditional birthday cake, we made her this raw birthday fudge to enjoy, guilt free. I love raspberries and all things chocolate and found this to be EASY and delicious.

Raw Raspberry Chocolate Fudge

Servings: 8-10 servings


  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup raspberries


  1. Combine all ingredients except raspberries into a food processor, blend until smooth in texture.
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour mixture into pan.
  3. Fold in raspberries to top layer
  4. Place in fridge to harden.
