Spinach & Tuna Greek Salad

This salad..... it is wonderful. Not only that, but it keeps you full! Packed with nutrients, protein, and healthy fats.



DRESSING (makes about 4-5 servings) - 

1/4 cup vinegar

2-3 Tbsp olive oil

salt + pepper


1.5 cup spinach leaves

1/4 cup chopped cucumber

~8 black olives

1/8 cup chopped tomatoes

1/4 of an avocado

1/2 of a small can of white albacore tuna

2 Tbsp feta cheese

1-2 Tbsp dressing



1) Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk until smooth. 

2) Place spinach in a large bowl and toss with dressing

3) Add remaining salad ingredients and enjoy
