- 1 cup of coconut milk or desired milk
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- (optional - 1 scoop collagen peptides)
- Bring milk to a simmer on the stove or microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds
- Add cinnamon and turmeric and stir until dissolved
- Transfer to a mug and stir in honey
