Turmeric Tea

Turmeric has such strong anti-inflammatory properties and sometimes I want something warm and cozy without over caffeinating myself. This tea is perfect for combining that desire and medicinal benefits. I also like to consume more turmeric when I am running or weight training to reduce the added inflammation my body is experiencing.

Servings: 1 serving


  • 1 cup of coconut milk or desired milk
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • (optional - 1 scoop collagen peptides)


  1. Bring milk to a simmer on the stove or microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds
  2. Add cinnamon and turmeric and stir until dissolved
  3. Transfer to a mug and stir in honey
