Walnut Ashwagandha Bites

Servings: 14 energy bites (serving = 2 energy bites)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 21 grams ashwagandha
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3-4 dates, pitted and halved
  • 3-4 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Divide into 14 equal sized energy bites
  3. Consume 2 energy bites (3 grams of ashwagandha) per day for therapeutic benefits
