Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Servings: 8-10 pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp 100% maple syrup
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Stir flour and baking powder together until well mixed
  2. Add the milk, egg, and maple syrup and stir until smooth
  3. Fold in blueberries and nuts
  4. Use a 1/4 cup scoop to place batter on a medium-high pan
  5. Flip pancakes when bubbles begin to appear on the surface
