Brownie Cookies

Brownie cookie.jpg

This recipe was inspired by my roommate who brought home the most amazing brownie cookies I have ever had from her NYC trip! I know I'm not headed up there anytime soon, so recreating them was the only option. I am a BIG chocolate fan. BIG. The only reason these don't have chocolate chips in them is because I didn't have any in the house (shocking, I know). If you have some semi-sweet chocolate chips, throw them in and enjoy
