Collagen Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Servings: 8-10 servings (serving = 2 bites)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 scoops of collagen peptides (you can buy some in the link above) OR protein powder of choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in an large bowl
  2. Roll into 16-20 bites
