Turmeric Cranberry Chicken


1 pound of chicken breast

1 1/2 cup of raw cranberries

1/2 tsp turmeric

2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

1/4 tsp thyme

1/4 tsp ground mustard



1) Marinade chicken breast in turmeric, balsamic vinegar, thyme, and ground mustard for a minimum of 10 minutes (or overnight in the fridge)

2) Preheat oven to 400 degrees

3) Place chicken in a baking dish and top with cranberries

4) Bake for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is thoroughly cooked
