1 cup of orzo, uncooked
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup of arugula
1) Cook the orzo per package instructions (boil in water for ~12-15 minutes and drain)
2) Once drained, return to the pot and add remaining ingredients
3) Stir well over low heat on the stove until all cheese has melted and serve!
