- 1 cup of orzo, uncooked
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup of arugula
- Cook the orzo per package instructions (boil in water for ~12-15 minutes and drain)
- Once drained, return to the pot and add remaining ingredients
- Stir well over low heat on the stove until all cheese has melted and serve!
