Baked Lemon Donuts

I love anything lemon. And I DEFINITELY love donuts. So in this new Baked Lemon Donuts recipe, I combined them! And for this recipe I also used my trusty donut pan. I got this pan for <$10.00 from a Home Goods once upon a time on a shopping trip with my mom. And while I don’t use it every week, I have never regretted this purchase because it allows me to make healthier versions of donuts that are baked instead of fried! And once you taste a delicious baked donut from these pans, there’s no going back. I hope you enjoy these delicious baked lemon donuts!
