Turkey Meatballs

Finding something to take with you to work for lunches can be tricky - what is going to pack well and also heat up well? I created this Turkey Meatball recipe with this struggle in mind! These Turkey Meatballs heat up very well and can be packed alongside any of your favorite side dishes! On a salad? of course. With sauteed or baked veggies? Sure! The possibilities are endless

We paired ours, as you can see below, with baked zucchini. I’m planning on making them again with some mashed potatoes…yum! Maybe also throw them in some spaghetti. Truly, the sky is the limit here.

Turkey Meatballs

  • Prep time: 10 minutes
  • Cook time: 15-20 minutes
  • Total time: 25-30 minutes

Servings: ~20 meatballs


  • 1 pound of ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
  3. Grease a baking sheet and divide meat mixture into 20 meatballs
  4. Place meatballs on the baking sheet
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs reach internal temperature of 165 degrees
