Maple Pecan Mashed Sweet Potatoes

The fall is RIGHT around the corner, or at least I want it to be. It’s still almost 100 degrees here in Dallas, but it’s now September and I’m ready for the fall-themed dishes. It’s the best time of year, right?

These mashed sweet potatoes are slightly sweet and make a great side dish to any meal, or a snack on their own. You could certainly add a crumble on top with some extra sweetness and make this into a healthy dessert as well.

Help me ring in the fall with this dish! As always, tag me on instagram if you make any dish. I love seeing what you enjoy!
