PB Overnight Oats


Annnnnndddd, the obsession with peanut butter (and complete easiness of overnight oats) continues. Throw it all in a bowl at night, wake up to pure PB bliss & no stress in the morning. My day 1, my go to. 



- 1/4 cup steel cut oats

- 1 cup of coconut milk (or milk of choice)

- 1 tbsp local honey

- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

- 1 banana, sliced



1. Mix raw steel cut oats, milk of choice, peanut butter, and honey in a bowl or jar.

2. Place in refrigerator over night. 

3. Slice banana and top oatmeal before eating.
