Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients (Makes about 8-10 pancakes)

1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour

1 1/4 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 egg

1 Tbsp 100% maple syrup

3 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

1/2 cup blueberries

 

Instructions:

1) Stir flour and baking powder together until well mixed

2) Add the milk, egg, and maple syrup and stir until smooth

3) Fold in blueberries and nuts

4) Use a 1/4 cup scoop to place batter on a medium-high pan

5) Flip pancakes when bubbles begin to appear on the surface
