Cilantro Kale Brown Rice

KALE KALE KALE KALE in everything!!! 

I served mine this week with baked chicken, inside corn tortillas tacos, and also as a bed for a fried egg! It's really good with anything, y'all. And you barely even taste the kale, so there's not excuses for packing these leafy greens in! 



1 cup of brown rice

2 cups of chopped kale

1 Tbsp chopped jalapeno

2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Salt + Pepper



1. Cook the brown rice per instructions on the package. 

2. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, add all of the remaining ingredients. Stir occasionally until finished.

3. Serve and enjoy
