Crockpot Tomato Shredded Chicken

Easy peasy, and goes great with tacos...what more do you need??

 

Ingredients:

1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes

1 pound of chicken breasts

 

Instructions:

1. Drain majority of liquid from the diced tomato can

2. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot and pour can of diced tomatoes over the top

3. Heat on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours

4. When finished cooking, chicken will easily shred with two forks
