Breakfast Greens Smoothie

O, the morning time. Actually... O, the non-rushed-and-sleeping-in morning time. Yeah, that's more like it. 



1 frozen banana

1 cup spinach

1 Tbsp flax seeds

1-2 Tbsp peanut butter

1/2 cup coconut milk (or other milk)

1 scoop collagen or protein powder 

1 tsp spirulina
