Walnut Ashwagandha Bites

Just another way to enjoy this lovely adaptogen...this recipe gives exactly 1 week (7 days) worth of energy bites!

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats 

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 cup walnuts

21 grams ashwagandha

1/2 cup cocoa powder

3-4 dates, pitted and halved

3-4 Tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup water

 

Instructions:

1) Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth

2) Divide into 14 equal sized energy bites

3) Consume 2 energy bites (3 grams of ashwagandha) per day for therapeutic benefits
